The max Saten reached was that. Uiharu just techno control but gets overshadowed by Mikoto in the same matter.

Yes, I though the same but then I though it could be interesting.

Uiharu's got temperature control.. or possibly entropy control, given the flowers. Either way, she could potentially be awesome.

If she wasn't level 1, she would probably froze or melt any person/thing she touches. Pretty scary.

now that i think about it, Uiharu can overclock computers without the worry of overheating.
