Animated PNG file, using the APNG format. If you're only seeing the static preview image, click on "view original" and make sure you're using a supported browser. Firefox and Opera can handle the format, but IE, Safari, and Chrome can only display the preview.

When the site displays a preview version of an image instead of the full thing, there is usually a banner along the top of the page, saying something like 'Displaying image at xx%', which also contains the 'view original' link. Alternatively, the full image can be viewed by itself by clicking on the image size link in the Statistics pane below the list of tags.
Again, you need to be using Firefox or Opera for the animation to work - other browsers will only display a single static image, even when viewing the original file.

...or an appropriate image viewer with the proper capability, as has been pointed out in the other APNG post.

Regarding the orgasm tag on post #749370, I agree with you in one sense - with it looping indefinitely, it wouldn't seem so. However, think of it this way: if of the frames displayed by themselves as a static image, they would certainly warrant being tagged as such, no?
On the one hand, I would be more inclined to tag with something general like "intense_pleasure," "euphoria" - or indeed, "fucked_silly," regardless of animation or still frame.
On the other hand, I feel ambivalent enough to just leave the orgasm tag as-is and just enjoy the awesome images.
