Reminds me of something I saw on Ripley's Believe It Or Not a few years back. This old woman in some backwater village somewhere does this, but in a more ...helpful manner.
For example, say a worker gets a splinter in his eye, this woman would clean her mouth by brushing with toothpaste and rinsing, then she'd use her tongue and lick around the guy's eyeball, and was able to remove from it any foreign objects.
