Possibly, but I must dispute the use of the afterglow tag here.

The positions of her breasts indicate that she's still in the act; there simply aren't motion lines or blur effects used. For it to be an "afterglow", it kinda has to be "after", and this is "during".

Also, just to point out, the artist's comments indicate that this is a Sanae-losing-her-virginity pic. Tastefully done, I would say, but it explains the tears.

If it wasn't for the enormous chest, I'd say this picture is pretty heart-warming, and that the feelings of the faceless-male were sincere.
