yeah... this happened to me once. with a spaghetti noodle.
Can't imagine having hot, spicy ramen up your nose.

Mine was the result of holding a sneeze so I wouldn't spray spaghetti all over the place. Fat lot of good that did.

Once, a long time ago, I was eating some noodles and I had a cold. I sneezed and coughed at the same time and I shot a noodle out my nose and mouth.

I pulled for the mouth and part of it broke.

Then the nose and the other part of it broke.

It took one month of hacking and sneezing to shoot it out and it was grayish-green when it came out. I think it fermented/molded in my skull the whole time it was in there.

Try Moonshine up the nose. I'm surprised I still had my sense of smell after that.

I'd think the only way to top this is for one of the strings holding her third eye in place to end up in the bowl, and for her not to notice until... well...
