I remember reading a weird doujin like this once. One girl would make baby sounds like this and it'd make the other just go crazy. Though I don't think it has anything to do with this image, since I don't remember the doujin having loli-designs...
Wow. She just reduced her to tears with just one word, most of the time you need at least a five minute speech telling the person the extensive reasons why you suck to get that kind of reaction
