Hm, maybe a character tag would be more appropriate . It's Hatsune Bug, a character created as a mascot for the iPhone application Sekai Camera, hence it's name of "Sekailoid"
It has been announced at the same time as Yamaha's new Vocaloid-flex engine, which allows Vocaloids to talk without singing, and will have it's own figure produced by Good Smile company.
