I usually draw classic Reimu and Marisa the same age as young Alice so i guess its different by artist.

Well I'm thinking since it's a photo album, maybe with the last picture she didn't think that Mima's ghost would show up in the background.

I've always believed that Marisa got caught up in an explosion cause by an magical experiment she was doing with Mima. The explosion caused her hair to temporarily turn red ((and maybe other things)). Eventually, it went back to being blond.

As for Reimu, I was discussing that with a friend yesterday... Maybe the Yin Yang Orbs turned her haird brown?
