im not very good at reading japanese but i think it says "can you guess how many characters are in love?"

The text says 何人 as opposed to 同人. The phrase can be read "How many of these characters do you recognize with your love?". The concept is that an artist will fill the 10 boxes with favorite characters. If the viewer recognizes 8 or more of the characters, they are suggested to become friends of the artist.
