Pardon, I beg to differ. Satori can read minds but it is an active ability. Means, she should focus on which subject for her to read (A very good example would be Dei Shirou's). So, Swarming her with numerous insects won't work except to make her confuse which mind is whose.

If anyone able to read multiple (up to ten) "desires" at once, it would be Toyosatomimi no Miko.

Actually, that's the thing, for Satori, it's not a conscious choice, she literally cannot stop reading minds unless she stops thinking altogether (like Koishi).
