Actually, I like the look. The goatee reminds me of Godot from Phoenix Wright. Chie, Kanji, and Rise look great as well. Though Naoto looks... exactly the same as ever.

Yosuke looks bad-ass. I think the problem with Yukiko is just her neck, other than that, she aged just as fine as everyone else.
