Could we create an "invisible_arm" or "invisible_hand" tag for this? Since they are on some pictures of Elfenlied i think it could be usefull. Any better ideas how to name them?

They're called Vectors in the anime, if I remember correctly.

there's more to it than that, if you've watched it maybe it just isn't for you, if not than maybe you should before condemning it

General tag for psychic powers might make more sense.

They aren't psychic powers though. They're invisible arm things called vectors.
