This looks far more like small breasted futa or gender swapped trap than a guy. those nipples are big and puffy. while men obviously have nipples and they can get erect like woman they never grow like a women's does. also you can also see that this person has breasts. while not very big there is far more fat their then there would be found in a man. at least not a man with the person's body shape.

Many Futas don't have one, so not having a vagina doesn't have mean anything per se.
