Wouldn't surprise me if that was an Israeli issue uzi as well, was used as their main weapon for a bit if I'm not mistaken so it could be fitted with a scope as well.

Yup, IMI and others made bayonets for the Uzi. However, this is a U.S.-issue M9 bayonet and she also somewhat inexplicably has a clutch of German Stielhandgranate (WWI and II stick grenades) in the pouch on her right leg. Tangentially, China also made unlicensed copies of the Uzi design.
