One thing bothers me about this picture, why does it look like the artist drew Nitori at the last possible moment? When compared to the rest of the image, she seem out of place.

This. But in all fairness, looks more like she's using Mystia as a human shield rather than just tying her up and leaving her there. Means justice may yet get served.

Is she just frog-themed rather than an actual frog? It's not like there's a lot you could do to show her as a frog girl in Touhou-art... Unless the official materials contradict this at some point, it seems just as likely that she's an actual frog girl, what with the eye-hat.
