The hair isn't red. It's blonde hair in red lighting, and she has a dress reminescent of Rumia's. The cross is also a Rumia motif. This is definitely EX Rumia, adult version.

This shouldn't be an issue. Pixiv tags say Ex-Rumia, so Ex-Rumia she is.

Do you have enough crosses in stock, what's-your-name ?
