Ofcourse, Zoom in too much and you get horrible artifacts. So its usually a better idea to go bigger. Would you use a 100x100 Avatar pic zoomed in to 100 times as your wallpaper? You'd much rather go for the 1000x1000 pic right?

Use a 100x100 Vector and no probs lol. Least for a good while.

You'd still be using less than 1/6th of the pixels in this image.
