can somebody tag this with the artist?

I recently discovered the artist of this image. It is a deviantart user though I believe is currently banned. Should I make an artist tag from him even though I am unable to access any other pieces of his artwork? Also, if anyone has the motivation to search and attempt to find if his art is still somewhere that can be viewed it would be appreciated.

Updated. Comments under the pic at DA seemed to imply he/she did the line art and coloring. Works for me.

Also, google-searching the artist's name revealed other original DA works under the artist's account, although this is by far one of the best, if not the best.
