Oneesama, you too! This "panel", as well as those below, come from the video 妹様のドドンパ節大百科 Younger Mistress's Do Don Pa Festival In the video, Flandre shoots danmaku and clenches her fists while dancing, leading to the pile of Sin Sack bodies below.
I wasn't actually doing push ups. This "panel" is the closing picture of the video もこーたちといっしょにとれーにんぐ Training with Mokou and Co. Keine's version けーねせんせいたちといっしょにとれーにんぐ Training with Miss Keine and Co. was the original, and in it, Keine only flopped her hip up and down. Whereas in Mokou's video, Mokou actually did real push ups.
