did the source say the person on the right is based on honchkrow? because im pretty sure honchkrow doesnt have any flames.

It states there that its a Honchkrow.

I think those are feathers, not flames.

Of course they are feathers. The "Max revive" like tail of honchkrow.
Now that characters are really cool.
