A Grappler Baki reference derived from Hanayama Kaoru's gripping attack/skill (握撃, akugeki) where he'd grip an opponent's limb so tightly with both hands that it caused the blood vessels, muscles, and skin between his hands to explode from pressure.
The only place you'll probably find that is the story "Motto! Friction Girl!" that this cut should be from. It should be in Comic Megastore's January 2010 issue released November 17.
