That's the only way I see. You can try to become a vampire, but Remilia is a light drinker, and won't kill you. And Flandre... won't give you immortality.

Well you turn to super science and use tissue cloning and nanites to extend your lifespan. Other options you could go with a full cybernetic body or even transfer your consciousness to a new cloned body or a quantum computer and become practically immortal.

Everyone can do magic in Gensokyo, actually. But first, according to Perfect Memento in Strict Sense, they have to find the "key" to the magic or something like that, and to do that they have to read a magic book. However, some magic books can only be deciphered based on your level of magical proficiency. Say, if Patchouli wrote a magic book, an ordinary human (other than Marisa) would not be able to understand it. If a magic book was written by someone with the same level of magical proficiency as the one reading it, then it becomes usable to the reader.
The issue here isn't her outliving you. The issue is you outliving her. And, according to her comments in PMiSS, she's contemplating ending her reincarnations.

Then it's simple. I'll go immortality and give her a reason to continue her reincarnations.
The issue isn't the lover's mortality nor her reincarnations, the issue is every time she reincarnates her lifespan is shorter than the previous life. She's been doing this for some time so odds are good that, unless she lived a very long, healthy life her first time around, she probably will live out her next lives dying in her teens (assuming nothing goes horribly wrong and she isn't killed early).
The simplest solution would be to let her live as long as possible in her current incarnation (hopefully she'll make it to at least her late teens), then give her the Hourai Elixir or some other form of immortality.
actually its more like this, in the time that she is from, by the clothing I'd say the era of feudal japan many women die from childbirth when giving birth to the child, manga link here: http://pururin.com/gallery/6730/bamboo-flowers.html this will tell what I'm on about
... don’t worry, even if you’re gone, I will still be with you; because... I'M going with you, wherever you are, Soo you’re no longer feel sad and alone anymore...
I'll be gone sooner than you will, so I can't accept that.But.... I have been waiting for those words, all this time...
