Actually, it looks like it's been done since January.
He seems to have been selling printed volumes of it (looks like he also completely revamped all the old pages) so we might not even be seeing anything more released on pixiv, really.
Then again, my Chinese is shit, so who knows?

From what I read, pre-order started on 17 January at the price of equivalent to $6.25USD, published on 20 February, and sold-out by 25 February.
