At least Kyonko is just a genderswap of Kyon, so she has a bit of basis on the fans' willing suspension of disbelief.

Akane, on the other hand, was ass-pulled out of nowhere by some trolls to trick unsuspecting K-On fans (though I can hardly believe anyone would actually fall for this).

At this point, it would be so glorious if Kyoani decides to ascend this meme as a "take that!" at the vippers.

but thats what makes her great because with kyonko we knew she was basically kyon but with debi-chan we got a whole new character and now whenever i see a light colored ponytailed tall girl in the manga i will think of debi-chan

So this Debi is pretty much another Teto origin story?

Based on what? It's obviously two pieces of dialogue based on the different colors to match the person speaking it.

Based on the fact that two lines spoken by different people can still combine to form one sentence, as I believe is the case here.
