why is keine doing this again? so mokou can get more friends and popularity or what? plus kinda sad she lost. i mean its mokou.

Because Keine knows she won't be around forever and Mokou will be all alone once more, it looks to me she's hoping that Mokou and Kaguya will become closer one day and she's trying to encourage it.

That really would be one of the best things she could possibly do. Forever is a long-ass time and having an eternal friend would be infinitely better than an eternal enemy.

Of course, dispelling a grudge that is indeed this old would be difficult. But just getting them to be more cordial would be a massive step in the right direction.

No matter which way it goes, though, Kaguya/Mokou team could be interesting. Too bad they could be up against team plot armor.
