well the conclusion I came to was that this "event" 3 years ago was Haruhi getting into an accident and falling into a coma, and everything is taking place in her mind (and Kyon is Haruhi's true personality). that being the situation, if Haruhi ever came out of the coma, I dont think lying there in a coma for years would be very stimulating to breast growth, leaving Kyon(ko)-Haruhi flat chested and all is right with the world
