I re-added this to the pool (not sure why it was taken out), but I don't know where to place it, so if someone can fix that I'd appreciate it.

It was probably taken out because it's not actually part of the series, just a side story using the "Nineballs with Bazooka" concept.

It was a mistranslation. The words there are what japanese people really think smoke sounds like.
