    I haven't found a translation for " pleurer toutes les larmes de son corps ".
    In english this is " to cry one's eyes out" but the word "body " doesn't appear...

    My wild guess is that it was her ex-boyfriend actually. I picture the scene as the boyfriend being the kind of person who lacks any sympathy.
    He tells her "we are over" and she started crying in fetal position, weeping "don't leave me! don't leave me!" over and over.
    The boyfriend watched the scene bored, but after a while started to get annoyed. So while she was on that, he took a water-based marker and wrote "Don't leave me on her back". He thought it was funny and then leave. This Lucas guy has some weird sense of humor.
