More like Byakuren is a "magician" youkai, the same as Alice and Patchy. That's pretty much all, really.

Besides. Byakuren has a harem all her own to attend to.

Probably due to the ending for Marisa in TH12, something along the lines of "Byakuren liked Marisa's direct personality."

Maybe just by that it's enough but I really don't see this being a trend. Never heard of a harem centerpiece going after another harem centerpiece. Much to the dismay of their harem girls, though it does sound like good doujin material.

There's also the line about Byakuren telling Marisa to come to her if she needs any help. It's easy to twist that one.

i like that byakuren is being put into her harem i just dont like the fact that they make her so adult looking it was said that she retained her youth and she looks out of place when compared to the other members of this harem.

Seriously, Alice gets more pairings than anyone else in Gensokyo other than Reimu and Marisa - hell, I wouldn't even be suprised if she's got a bigger harem than Reimu by now.
