this might be a little bit over analyzed, but methinks it doth be so because guro and tentacles do not mix well with most people. people are fine with monsters, animals, and people brutalizing and dismembering other people. these creatures have reason(even if its not a good one). or, at least, a face. with tentacles, most people are expecting to see something misunderstood, or mindless, or not _completely_ vile. it would be disheartening. faceless evil, the unknown, is kind of a turn off for most. thats why you dont often see them paired. even google checked it. guro tentacle pulled up 11 thousand, rape tentacle got 100 thousand, sex tentacle returned 259 thou.
Judging by the lightning bolts where it's tentacles are, I'm going to assume it IS stinging her, even if slightly. The reason she wouldn't look like she's in pain is because there are a lot of people that "enhance" their sexual pleasure by causing themselves pain, if slight, while doing so. Examples being people that choke their partners right before an orgasm, increasing it's effectiveness. I haven't done it myself, but I hear it a lot.
