Actually now that I look a bit harder, it's pretty messed up anatomy no matter WHO the leg belongs to. If its the bandaged girl's then either she has dislocated her thigh to rotate her leg towards us, or snapped her leg just above the knee. If on the other hand it's the girl with the mole's leg its a tiny bit too low on the other side (I think based on putting a ruler up to the screen the back of the knee should be about parallel with the bandage mark directly above the one it's parallel with now). but either position would appear to be supremely unconfortable.
