Much like regular cosplay pics, they're not very on-topic here. If you do upload any, they must be well-chosen and of exceptional quality.
Danbooru is for artwork. Other images will probably be accepted only in rare cases. For instance, of the 44 cosplay photos submitted in the past 2 months, only 4 were accepted. Kigurumi pics are probably even less likely to make it.
You're probably best off to find another site to post these.
