Just be glad shes not a futa, I have seen this guy's GTS works before, hes drawn several popular anime characters as a giantess(Usually Utawarerumono or Touhou characters)... and half the time he drew them as a futanari... he even made a 12 or so page manga about a giantess futa maid that masturbated off buildings..... this image reminded me of that manga.
I recognize the artstyle, its defiantly from that TEDDY-PLAZA site.
