I had been wondering about this sort of thing. It seems a lot of comics posted on this site go woefully undertagged. I had kinda wondered if the pool was supposed to make up for that, or that there's an unsaid community rule not to tag absolutely everything in a comic so it doesn't gum up people's searches.
