I don't think so. That grey thing is clearly not spherical, and there's a whole lot of red which seems to be part of that robot.

That would be the tracksuit it's supposed to be wearing.

Since there is a Death Star character out there in MUGEN, and unless there's some other thing it could be, it's probably safe to assume that's the Death Star in the background for now.

Also, the "red" part would be a track jacket draped around it. A really HUGE track jacket.
