I'm in quandary about this pic: on the one hand it kinda fits with my "pregnant women are sexy" thing (and indeed, there's more than just big breasts/belly to suggest pregnancy here, but on the other hand it's a little what-worthy. I think I'm gonna give it a what and a pregnant and vote it up. Gofig.

Wikipedia says:
After birth, the line fades slowly, but may never disappear entirely, and sun exposure may cause it to recur.

All that proves is that she has been pregnant at some point in the past. Besides, that's a tank of helium and anyone familiar with any sort of inflation should be able to figure out why there is a tube going from it to her vagina.
