They were probably recording this at a station, so the train came to a stop before the desired amount of train movement was recorded.

Good God, I never noticed that. It's a reflection of the one recording the scene, who also has cosplayed.
Come to think of it now, it's slightly a pity that it wasn't an Aya cosplay.
