She should have been able to do that in the beginning. That said, I still think Reimu's team is a bit unbalanced. If Alice opened her grimoire, it would be pretty much fair, but that said, she's still got a ridiculously spoiled harem.

Yukari, Suika and Aya on Reimus team are overpowered

Marisa's team= 3 stage 3, and 2 Ex including herself in DS and stage 4
Reimu's team= Phantasm, 2 stage 6, stage 4, and herself an Ex and stage 4

All in all Reimu's team is pretty over powering in this one.
