But yeah doesn't the tag mostly have to be of a sexual nature? The only thing I'm getting from the pic is that I'm going to get my ass kicked, not raped. (I'm not trying to start an argument or anything I just want to know.)

The tag in question is most often used when a character has the "rape face" on, especially if his or her "victim" has a really scared look on his or her face. The 'about to be raped' tag is for when a character really is going to get raped.
