Translated, but the 3rd panel uses the phrase ジト眼. After discussing with a Japanese friend, it seems to mean an expression where the top of the eyes are flat, and indicates boredom, annoyance, or doubt/distrust. I don't really know what the english name for that would be.

This seems to be a play on 性能 (seinou), which means abilities/profile, but the first character is replaced with 生 (also 'sei'), which indicates a more personal feel.She has curves in all the right places, and exudes eroticism. She doesn't exercise, so she's got a little extra weight.Her facial expressions are harsh and she doesn't talk much, but her actions are very free-minded.There is no Patchouli in this manga!WHAT!?
