    CC didn't have to wear something like she's thinking to stay half-way decent in that "birthday outfit." It could be something like the bottom half of a swimsuit or leotard that is cut high, so you get "maximum thigh exposure" without any straps or the like, so you see nothing from the side in that outfit.
