No Yukari in 10, Mountain of Faith. 10.5, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody however, does include her.

With Touhou 13 coming, I'd say Youmu is right at her place with the Individual Protagonist team.

Also, don't forget Youmu and Sakuya were in 9 (Phantasmagoria of Flower View) as well as 7.5 and 10.5, bringing it up to 4 for Sakuya and 3 for Youmu, not including 13 (Ten Desires).
