in 11 if you play reimu with Aya as a partner, when you are in normal movement she moves very fast.

After translating it, I noticed the parody tag, but I have never seen Code Geass, so I don't know what the parody is. Help would be appreciated in filling in the そうはいかんけつせん parody info, and in the buddha line near the middle.

Pretty sure I got most of the meaning across anyway though.

そうはいかんざき is originally そうはい神崎 (same pronunciation) which is once used by Japanese political party as their catch copy. In a poster, the head of the party that time named 神崎 (kanzaki) put his hand forward next to the copy as if he's trying to stop something .
And I think Code Geass parody may be Okuu's pose in 2nd last panel.

Late reply is late, but aside from both being puns on そうは行かない/そうは行かん, そうはい神崎 and そうはい間欠泉 aren't related directly to each other. I've localized it as best I can.
