set your computer clock to times above it and you can change it.

It's weird though, I tried it at 2:30 (real time without changing settings) and it didn't work, then set my computer's timezone to Japan's (which would make it 18:30) and it worked...

Changing your comps timezone to +9 (Japan) actually makes the yellow box works, this is confirmed
