I'm confused. It looks like Ran is bleeding...but it looks like the blood is only slightly leaking through her dress so we know she wasn't stabbed. And she's carrying a small Rinnosuke.

Is there anymore of this? Is this part of a story?

Mybe she was stabbed and she's walking in her own blood. Then again, maybe she just gave birth = that's why she looks happy. Who knows

There has GOT to be more to this! That looks like one BAD injury! Yukari, make anyone who injures Ran like that suffer to the end of his/her days!

Okay I think I have it. It's a nosebleed cannon! And it only took me four days to figure out...

It looks to me like she killed some people and rescued him.

The blood is obviously seeping through the clothes and there's a lot, as she even leaves a bloody trail behind. Looks like she saved him, but got severely injured.
