Ah, after reading the artist's PIXIV notes on the comic, it seems that it's parodying the TRIGUN MAXIMUM manga.

Observe: ■トライガン・マキシマム、10巻“盟友”のワンシーンから。この後の神綺様の台詞が目当てで、無理矢理な配役だったのですが、意外にしっくりきたような気も。原作の目の細いお姉さんをルイズにするかどうかで小一時間悩んだのは秘密。一応続く予定。　■パロディというと原作の絵を再現した方が面白いんですが、太ましい神綺様とかヒゲ幽香とか、一部の人しか喜びそうにないので今回もパスで。
