Yeah people keep forgetting that Raiden is the one god that could outfight Zhongli due to sheer prowess and skill alone.

It's easy to forget how strong she is since they stopped making content for her in the main story.

The simple answer is that Genshin can't handle conflict between its playable characters.

Are you all really that dense about WHY the Harbringers haven't tried retaliating?
They cant do anything about it bc they're high diplomatic agents of another region.
What are they supposed to do anyways against the ruler of said other region where one of diplomatic agent AGREED to a duel to the death and was defeated.

They all knew what their missions entailed and the possibilities of losing their lives.
