Good call. It's absolutely preferred to leave it up to someone that understands the language, especially with big multi-page posts like this. We don't have a way to track and vet translation sources for authenticity so the e-hentai source could be a MTL slop translation for example.

Though it is possible to copy translations if you are absolutely certain it came from an acclaimed translator.
