Put (male) instead of the symbol of mars because that symbol is used almost like kanji in shemale/otoko no ko related doujins. It's very direct, imo

And "Onee-san" definitely shouldn't be translated as just "girl." You're leaving out important information by doing that. Most people here will know what "Onee-san" means, too.

Its definitely more common for doujins translators to translate it directly into "male", which is not irrelevant to mogiki, as he's mostly known for doujins. I do prefer it that way, myself.
