This will shock you, but this isn't a person. Fictional characters aren't people.
Not to mention their age is whatever arbitrary value their creator assigns to them.
Now, if this was art of an actual person you would potentially have a point, at least on a moral level, but drawn art is fine on a legal level in most places.
